If the tracking is not updated for 24 hours, contact our support team.
Zoky offers 3-day return or replacement only if:
✅ Product is unused
✅ Original box, accessories, & packaging are intact
✅ Unboxing video is provided
✅ Issue is reported within 3 days of delivery
If approved, exchange or refund will be given after inspection (shipping charges will be deducted in refund cases).
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it.
Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
