This Refund & Return Policy explains how our return, replacement, and refund process works.
1. Return Eligibility (Within 3 Days)
We offer a 3-day return from the date of delivery under the following conditions:
✅ Product must be unused
✅ Product must be in its original packaging
✅ All accessories, manuals, and freebies must be included
✅ Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
✅ Mandatory: As soon as you receive the product, kindly record a proper unboxing video without any cuts.
This video is required for any return, damage, defect, or refund request.
2. Non-Returnable Products
We cannot accept returns for:
❌ Used or physically damaged products
❌ Products broken due to customer mishandling
❌ Mobile accessories after seal is opened
❌ Hygiene-sensitive items
❌ Customized or special-order products
❌ “Change of mind” or dislike-based returns
3. Refund Process
Refund is processed only after complete inspection of the returned product.
✅ If approved → Refund will be processed within 3–7 working days
✅ Refund mode → Same method used during payment
✅ Shipping charges & COD charges (if any) are non-refundable and will be deducted
Refund will NOT be issued if:

Product is damaged due to mishandling

Product is returned incomplete (missing accessories/manuals/freebies)
4. Replacement Policy
You are eligible for free replacement if:

Product is damaged

Product is defective

Wrong item is delivered
✅ Condition: Issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery
✅ Unboxing video is mandatory as proof for replacement requests
Replacement is approved only after checking the video and product details.
